We are please to announce the sale of Ecotrans Ltd to our Swedish Partner Ntex AB., Gothenburg and therefore with effect from 1st January 2008 our name wil change to Ntex Ltd. We have worked together as partners for the last 3 years since the purchase of Ecotrans, Sweden by Ntex AB and it was logical to take this further step to provide a stronger base for further growth. No major changes are anticipated and all our present services will continue.

Ntex AB., commenced operations in 2003 and during the last 5 years have grown to one of the leading trailer operators offering both Groupage and Full Load services to and from the UK and also Germany. With a turnover of over £30million, they now operate a fleet of approximately 500 trailers, all less than 2 years old and employ 45 staff located in 3 office, Gothenburg, Helsingborg in Sweden and Lubeck in Germany.
